Job Description

- Band 7 Pharmacist
- Monday- Friday 9-5pm
- 37.5 hours per week
Position Requirements
- Pharmacy Experience
- Band 7
- GPhC Registered
- Secondary care experience
- Ward clinical pharmacy experience
- Experience working with prescribers (doctors, surgeons, nursing staff) to optimize therapy
- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Minimum 1 years experience
