Locum Band 6 Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist – Warwickshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Speech and Language Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Warwickshire. They are seeking a qualified therapist with previous Paediatric experience.
Job Description
The postholder will visit schools to deliver regular therapy for children that have direct therapy specified in Section F of their EHCP
Carry out therapy, liaise with teachers, support teaching assistants to carry out therapy tasks, and update therapy plans
Predominately in mainstream primary schools, there may also be the requirement for sessions in nurseries, special schools and secondary schools but this can be discussed with the candidate.
Admin/writing up notes can be completed at home or there will be available use of the office
Close work with a team of 40 OTs, PTs, & SLT with lots of support available
Paediatric experience is essential
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Paediatric setting
•3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
•Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
•The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
