IMC Locums is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Locum Sonographer to join our team in Bristol. As a Locum Sonographer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
HCPC registration as a Sonographer.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in performing a range of ultrasound scans, including abdominal, pelvic, obstetric, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties:
Conducting a variety of ultrasound examinations to produce accurate diagnostic images.
Ensuring the highest standards of patient care, comfort, and safety throughout the imaging process.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to interpret and analyze imaging results.
Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to data protection and confidentiality guidelines.
Adhering to professional and regulatory standards in all aspects of work.
