Locum Band 6 Stroke Speech & Language Therapist Oxfordshire

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Speech & Language Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Oxfordshire. They are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist with previous Early Supported Discharge for Stroke Service experience.
Job Description
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 1 year placement
Working Pattern: 37.5 Monday – Friday (part-time considered)
Shift Pattern: 8:00-16:00 (although flexible working arrangements can be agreed). Also one Saturday every six weeks if possible, in exchange for a day off in the week.
Specific Skills:
•Knowledge of stroke/neuro is essential.
•Experience of working in the community is desirable.
•Knowledge of using electronic patient records is desirable.
•Experience of using Microsoft Office software is essential.
•It is essential that the applicants have experience of working with neurological patients and that they are a driver with use of their own car for work.
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Community setting
