IMC Locums are looking for a Band 5 Community Nurse for a reputable NHS Trust based in Isle of Wight
Job Description
• To work as a member of the Integrated Community Nursing Team providing nursing care for patients in the community.
• Identify shortfalls in service provision for community nursing patients and bring them to the attention of the District Nurse Team Leader.
• Take all possible steps to safeguard the welfare of staff, patients and carers, and be aware of the requirements of health and safety legislation. Report shortfalls to the District Nurse Team Leader. Take appropriate steps to promote own personal safety and that of other staff, patients and carers.
• Shift pattern from 08:00 – 20:00
Position Requirements
• Valid NMC registration
• Enhanced DBS
• Driver’s license
