IMC Locums are looking for a Band 7 Mental Health Liaison Team leader for the Learning Disability Liaison Service for a reputable NHS Trust based in Isle of Wight
Job Description
• The overall job purpose will be to provide clinical and managerial leadership with mentoring and educational input to the multidisciplinary team working across the Mental Health and Learning Disability Liaison Service.
• The post holder will be responsible for managing their team by providing mentoring, supervision, and education in relation to all managerial, professional and performance processes.
• Providing on-going training, education, and support to the multidisciplinary team in relation to mental health and learning disabilities to ensure that patients in the Emergency Department and Acute Hospital settings receive equitable support and care whilst improving patient outcome
• Monday to Friday days
Position Requirements
• Valid NMC registration
• Enhanced DBS
• Driver’s license
