We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Somerset. They are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with previous Community experience.
Job Description
Community Therapist with ideally skills in crisis /hospital avoidance can be OT and Physio Mainly for Somerset area. Rehab skills as needs to be able to identify goals and onward plans for patient Driver as need to drive across area and within 2 hour time frame for UCR visit . Ability to provide manual handling assessment and knowledge of equipment is essential. Flexible adaptable and able to manage /prioritise caseload load that change during the day .
Position Requirements
•HCPC Registered
•Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
•Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Physiotherapy setting
